Nene chipped in 18 points and 12 boards for the Nuggets, who have won two straight. Chauncey Billups added 16 points and 10 assists, while Linas Kleiza and Renaldo Balkman had 12 apiece.

Denver lost Chris Andersen in the first quarter to a fractured rib after he took a charge in the lane, however. Anderson is expected to miss the next two to three weeks.

Meanwhile, power forward Kenyon Martin is questionable for the game with a sprained left wrist.

The Bobcats continued a six-game homestand Sunday in an 89-79 loss to the Toronto Raptors.

Rookie D.J. Augustin scored a team high 14 points for Charlotte, which stunned New Orleans in the opener of the homestand but has lost three of its last four games overall.

Raymond Felton and Jason Richardson both scored 12 points, as Charlotte shot just 37 percent from the floor.

The Bobcats will finish the homestand with Utah, Orlando and Dallas after tonight's game.

The team's spilt a pair of matchups last season with each club winning on its home floor.
